Hallo zusammen....
Ich glaube ich habe das Geheimnis unserer Bremszilinder gelöst.Nachdem es ein paar Rückschläge gab, sieht es jetzt so aus, als wenn ich einen passenden zilinder aus einem Großserienfahrzeug habe der wirklich so wie er ist passt.
Es ist ein Bremszilinder von einem Toyota mit der Nummer (Japanparts) ART CS-285 Braykecylinder 47540-69015
Ich hoffe das ich damit eines der schwierigsten Rätsel der Instandhaltung des Sugga gelöst habe.

Have you fitted the cylinder to check all dimensions (bore, lenght, bolts arrangement, distance from plate to center of cyinder...) are identical to original ? If so, this is really good news !

Ja ich habe es geprüft. mit minnimalen Änderungen passen die Zilinder in den Sugga.
Die Zilinder sind auch 1-1/4 Zoll....

yes
i have seen this cylinder it is posseble to use them
only you must put a ring inside the backplate
the lockheed has a 41 mm and the toyota 36 mm round mounting
it must be there because the four bolds can not hold the brakeforce
the four bolds are a bid wider as at the lockheed cylinders
the cylinder is also with the adjusting full in a bit longer
