AVM free-wheel hubs unlock the wheels and leave the front transmission to standstill (front axle and shaft up to transfer case) - very usefull device, I have free-wheel hubs on my 2005 Santana PS10 and the result is less noise (and obviously gear wear) and better fuel consumption. For example, my Santana had a fuel consumption of 10.4-10.6 (on road, of course) which is now reduced (with hubs) to 8.2-8.4 l/100 km. Therefore, useless spinning the unlocked front transmission costs 2 l /100 km !!!

This is the free wheel hub for TP21:
This shows the hub in its parts:

You should check and count the splines...

AVM Brasil confirmed they have a model to fit the Sugga: AVM 412
Will have to check the dimensions and splines number to make sure:
8 bolts, 20 splines, PCD 130,7mm (I'm not sure what this dimension is, but think it's the axle shaft diameter)
Note this item is listed for 'ENGESA' trucks.
