Amazing!
So much Suggas in the UK! I´ve been there very often, but I´ve never seen one of them. But a lot of other freaky cars.
I don´t wonder that there´s just a lousy few in France (except of, when D-day will be celebrated in the Normandie).
French people usually have other preverancies (my opinion).

I think the idea of a european Sugga meeting is great. We could also use it as occasion to swap parts, as many of us might have some small bits and pieces left, that might be of use for the other owner and vice versa.

The translation in German is very good.

Baz, I am sad to see the picture of that sow. I know its only a machine, but to me it feels a little bit like seeing an animal dying. An animal whos kind is close to extinction....
I recommend that you take whatever you can get from him. Differentials axles... You'll never know. After all, the car is 50 years old...

As I wrote before, here's the picture of the sugga sold in auction in 2002 in Paris for 20000€. As I know, it would have been modified for a rallye :

With this picture I discovered this car was a Volvo one. Because the real first time I saw the sugga was in a video-clip of the 90's from a pop band named Republica and the song was Ready to go.
Mit dieser Abbildung entdeckte ich, daß dieses Auto ein Volvo war. Weil das erste Mal ich ein Sugga sahe, war es in einem Video-Clip in neunziger Jahre von einem PopBand, das Republica genannt war. Das Lied war Ready to go

Hello, Marcus Tjaden´s Sugga is now mine!!! I bought it from Mr. Giesen from Cologne (he used it for filmproductions - "Alarm fuer Cobra 11" - and such stuff). Mr. Giesen bought it from Marcus Tjaden. I hope we will meet at the next european Sugga meeting!

Congratulations for your Sugga. As I was able to see, Marcus did a great job rebuilding the Sugga. Did he give you some pictures or movie of this? thats really interesting!
I described the story as strange because the sugga was for a long time for sale (on mobile.de, nearly 6 months as I remember) and just before seeing it, sold! Damn!! Unlucky! :? As I remember, Marcus was in hurry to sale it, for the money and he lowered the price for. And the buyer was a filmdirector or something like this (may be Mr Giesen).
What was strange is that the sugga reappeared two days after the sale, on mobile.de, with a price +60% !!!!!, in the same time on Ebay, (sold at 13k€), and once again on mobile. de!!! and then may be you became the owner!



Well, anyway, I'ld really pleased to meet you and discover this beautiful one!! congratulations once again!!

Glückwünsche für dein Sugga. wie ich sehen können habe, hat Marcus eine große Arbeit gemacht, weil Marcus hat das Sugga ganz gebaut hat. Gab er dir Bildungen oder Film von diesem? das ist wirklich interessant!
Ich beschrieb die Geschichte, wie merkwürdig, weil das sugga für eine lange Zeit für Verkauf (auf mobile.de, fast 6 Monate, wie ich mich erinnere) und kurz, es zu sehen, verkauft! Unglücklich! :? Wie ich mich erinnere, war Marcus in der Hast zum Verkauf (für das Geld) und er senktet den Preis dafür. Und der Kunde war ein filmdirector oder etwas ähnliches (vielleicht Herr Giesen).
Was merkwürdig war, ist, daß das sugga zwei Tage nach dem Verkauf, auf mobile.de, mit einem Preis +60%!!!! wieder erschien! , in der gleichen Zeit auf Ebay, (verkauft an 13k€) und noch einmal auf Mobile. De!!! dann du kommst!

Gut sowieso ich würde sehr froh, dich zu treffen und dieses schöne zu entdecken!! Bravo noch einmal!!
