Marcus, es war übrigens ein Foto Deiner (jetzt Lutzens) Sugga (restauriert, von hinten mit HH-Kennz.) das uralte, längst vergessene Sehnsüchte bei mir weckte.

As Baz did today and as Deckard invited me, I join this forum, but I'll write in english. I'm Sorry because I'm not as comfortable as Baz even I enjoied learning german when I was student.

I own the Sugga N°590 I had from Andrew HILLS in NEWCASTLE in july this year.



It's running, unrestored but without radios. I plan to register it next week and have my french plates at last!!

Guillaume, did you notice from the English advertising that your Sugga originally came from Holland?
That blue/white license plate (under rear window) is typically Dutch, category oldtimers....)

Actually, for a moment, I even thought yours might be the exact same Sugga I once saw on http://www.marktplaats.nl, but after checking, the license plate was different.

Theoretically you could even try to track down the previous owner through our DOT-system, if Andrew Hill doesn't know any more.
(I have seen a few more UK/NL connections with Volvo vehicles, including a TGB13xx box, so it might be a structural/business connection)

Ah, sorry, I thought all/most of the pictures in your gallery involved your own vehicle, but I now see the different titles, being different vehicles, from all over Europe....I meant the blue/white license plate behind the rear window on the upper right picture in here:



That means there were at least 3 Sugga's in Holland; one I have seen at a friend, one on Marktplaats.NL, and the one above.
(but there is another Dutch-sounding name mentioned in this thread I believe, so it could even be 4)

Don't be sorry, That's Ok! The plate already for my Sugga changed because now my sugga's french registred.
Sei nicht traurig, das ist okay! Die Platte änderte für mein Sugga, weil mein Sugga jetzt Franzosish registriert ist.

The second picture was from www.mobile.de where I found it for sale. I posted it on the forum for the one who's looking for a sugga. Are you looking for one? I understood it seems you live in Netherland.
Die zweite Abbildung kommt aus www.mobile.de, wo ich dieses für Verkauf fand. Ich gab es auf dem Forum für das bekannt, wer nach einem sugga sucht. Suchst du nach einem? Ich verstand, daß du in Netherland lebst.

Moin, ich glaub das war Nisse, der sagte daß die Reflektoren immer am Kotflügel waren, stimmt nicht ganz! Also bei meiner,jetzt Lutzens seiner Sau, kamen nach dem Sandstrahlen der Kotflügel und der Stoßstange jeweils Locher zum Vorschein! Und nach gaaaaanz langer Recherche vieler Internetbilder hab ich mich für die Stoßstange entschieden. Um noch was richtig zustellen: meine Sau hatte ich nur bis auf den Originallack heruntergeschliffen, der war noch gut und hat dann Grundierung und Endlck bekommen, die Sau die grau grundiert ist (auf den Bilder von Gduhem) ist in der Eifel zuhause.
